Tiny T. Rex and the Impossible Hug

Tiny T. Rex has a HUGE problem. His friend Pointy needs cheering up and only a hug will do. But with his short stature and teeny T. Rex arms, is a hug impossible? Not if Tiny has anything to say about it! Join this plucky little dinosaur in his very first adventure—a warm and funny tale that proves the best hugs come from the biggest hearts. Introducing an unforgettable character on the picture book scene, Tiny T. Rex will stomp into the hearts of readers in this winning new series.

Review: Tiny is a T. Rex. All he wants to do is hug is friend, Pointy, who is very sad. Giving a hug seems impossible to Tiny because of his very small arms. After practicing and planning he is finally able to make his friend happy again.

This story shows that even the most impossible task can be made possible with a little hard work and practice. This is a story that is sure to inspire children to work hard and never give up on something that they truly believe in.

  1. I’d give this to my great-grandson who’s 5 and he would read it to his 1-year-old brother. (Optionally, their mom and/or dad would read it to them.)

  2. I belong to a local “never buy” group. It is a group that swaps and gives things to others who need them. I keep these books until I have a few and then post them so someone who can use them can have them. It is my way of giving back to my community

  3. My son (4) gets frustrated by tasks easily so I think T.Rex would be a great example for him to learn some patience and perseverance.

  4. Our grandchildren would be excited to receive this prize – and we would enjoy reading it with them over and over and over…

  5. I’d give this to my youngest son who sometimes has problems with bouncing back after not achieving something on his first try
