It is filled with tools to help parents, therapist, and teachers give children the ability to help them regulate emotions and improve concentrations, hyperactivity, behavior, stress level, and relationships.
This book is a true gift to any one who works with children with ADHD. So many of the activities focus on helping a child to better understand themselves and why they are feeling the way that they are. I have found that I have started using many of these activities in my daily life as a teacher. I have found that these activities help children to understand and work out why they are feeling the way they are helping them to become more focused and concentrated. I have been so pleased by this book and all I have learned from it!
