Cake Jewelry Review

I had the pleasure of reviewing a hand braided Gor-tex fiber single pearl necklace from the Material Things section at Cake Jewelry. This incredibly durable fiber- waterproof, stain proof, stretch proof, and pretty much kid proof necklace lived up to what they said it would. I have a niece who is 9 months so she is pulling and teething. This necklace did not mind that she wanted to stick the necklace part in her mouth. She didn’t get to the pearl because I had to pull her away. As I was pulling her away she was pulling at my necklace holding on to me because she thought I was going to put her down. She pulled on this necklace really hard as I know some of you know how strong a baby can be at that age. She was determined she was going to get the necklace off of me, but it held firm. I must say that I have not wore to many necklaces why my own children were little because I have had 2 that has broke on me. My children pulled and they snapped right off my neck. I wish this necklace was around when my children were little but at least I can let the new moms know about it now. I even wore it in the shower because it said waterproof and what better way to see if it was. It is. The necklace did not change it’s appearance what so ever. This necklace was put to the test with me and it passed with flying colors.  I took some photos below of the product because it is bigger than the picture on the website looks. Very cute and durable.
