Breastfeeding is a near and dear subject to me.  Many don’t know that I breastfed both of my sons until they were 15 months of age.  I unfortunately never found a way to comfortably nurse my children in public until now with the company BabyBond.  First a little about the creator of BabyBond:

After having four babies, my closet was full of nursing tops that were not flattering and quite pricey. In December, 2006 during a 2 am feeding, I envisioned a nursing accessory that would cover mom but not her baby. The next morning, I cut and sewed one of my husband’s t-shirts into the prototype for the Slurp & Burp®. Since then, I have designed three product lines to meet the needs of a variety of nursing moms and babies. My take:  While I am not currently breastfeeding I was really interested in BabyBond simply because I have never seen anything like it before.  Both of my boys couldn’t tolerate being covered by a typical nursing cover.  My youngest one would not even nurse because he was focused on removing the object covering his head.  I put this on and was amazed at how comfortable it is.  I love that you and your baby are able to maintain that all important eye contact while nursing.  There are no gaps so you don’t have to be worried about exposing yourself.
