90 Day Fitness Challenge- Slim in 6 Day 1


Oh My God! What was i thinking, what did i get myself into… That’s what is going thru my mind right now after my 1st workout to Slim In 6. I’m sweating, I’m as red as a beet, and my body has pains in places it shouldn’t. No, I’m serious.. it just should not have have pains there. It was very upbeat, it was extremely easy to follow and anyone of any size could keep up. That’s the thing though, it was easy moves but %$&^^%^ it hurt in the end!!!!


I loved how she has 2 modes basically. She starts you off soft and easy and then says ok you can either keep doing it in your comfort mode or go faster with us. Even squats, you can use a chair if you need , so long as you are trying, you are going to feel it. Then these little motivations pop up on the screen like, Take A Break If you Need To! or , Stay in your own comfort Zone!. You can also not worry about waking up anyone if you do this while the kids nap, because there is a button to to off the music and just listen to her. {I think next time i will put my own music on}

We did only 3 floor exercise and the rest were standing up. There was one position i could not do to save my life and let me tell you it made me want to cry because there was my 2 yr old thinking it was a game just doing those push ups like it was cake. Mind you it wasn’t even a whole push up! All we had to do was push up our stomachs and shoulders and i had to look like a mess struggling to just push up a darn elbow!! Here is Ariel pushing up her whole body looking at mom like what in the heck is SHE doing ! LMBO!!

Man, i was so dizzy, i was hot and burning, and i had the windows open and fans on. That was quite a work out.. oh and it was only 25 mins! Tomorrows is 48 mins and then day 3 is 60. I can tell just from day one that this is perfect for moms. 1) You can do this with your kids awake easily.  2) It takes up very little space  3) No equipment needed besides what comes with your dvd!

I have one suggestion though.. i seriously would do this workout in your either your sports bra and underwear/shorts! Like minimum clothing would be best LOL. {I am sure it would excite your husbands}I just noticed from wearing a shirt and jogging type pants, it was HOT!

Over all.. I feel GREAT!! besides the pain. I am super glad i am doing this one. I kept seeing it on those infomercials and said man that looks mom friendly!

I defiantly have never felt this good after a work out! (Besides Sweating to the oldies with Richard Simmons LOL but that was WAYYY back LOL…)
