I sent out an Instagram today of my “Get Well Soon” Popsicle’s I made for my youngest and several people asked for the recipe.
I made several different flavors.
1- Pedialite with a mix of water – add fruit- freeze.
2- Lime Juice with a mix of water- add fruit- freeze.
3- Lemon Juice with a mix of water- add fruit- freeze.
4- POM juice with a mix of water- add fruit- freeze.
These took maybe 2 hours to freeze solid. My daughter loved the Lemon one best. She said it was fruity at the top where the Strawberry settled and sour at the bottom where the lemon juice must have rose. These pops are simple to make and you can create an endless amount of creations to suit any child. I have even used fruit and yogurt to make our own frozen yogurt pops.
