Toy Story Zing-Ems Playset & Figure Assortment Review & Giveaway

I will never forget the magical look on my boys’ faces when they watched their first Toy Story movie.  We were excited to receive the opportunity to review the  Mattel Toy Story Zing-Ems Playset & Figure Assortment.

This spring Woody, Buzz Lightyear, Jessie, Rex and the rest of the beloved Toy Story characters are bringing all new fun to playtime with Toy Story Zing-Ems Playset & Figure Assortment.

Zing-Ems two-inch figures features a unique bobble shape and rolling bottom that allows kids to knock, crash and spin them- then watch as these characters set themselves rigth side up again and again.  Sold in packs of two, kids can collect all 10 figures.  Available for $6.99 each.

These small toys pack big action with the new Zing-Ems playset.  A launcher and fun obstacles enusres hours of rolling ruckus fun as kids send their Zing-Ems flying into outer space to challenge the Aliens, being sure to avoid the asteroid field and remain on their quest to defeat the evil Emperor Zurg.  Available for $14.99.

My take:  The playset was pretty simple to put together.  Please put the stickers on first to make it easier on yourself.  The boys actually had the most fun with the Zing-Ems figures spinning them around the tile floor and kitchen counter.  The characteristics and the details on each figure are great.  As for the playset, we had a hard time launching the figures up the ramp.  Once the made it past that first steep hill then it was great fun trying to knock down your opponent.  The asteroid field was a huge hit.
