My Latest @SmoothFitness Update – #Smoothbloggers
Well it was back to the ol’ grind! Back on my treadmill. I sorta kinda let myself go when I went to visit some family. I ate whatever I wanted and didn’t do any exercise. I paid for it when I got back though. I climbed back onto my Smooth 9.35 and started back off wogging (see prior post for word definition)

One of my favorite things to do while on my treadmill is to jam out to some music. Just put the earbuds in, and drift off to my own little world while the kids run around looking like little mimes. One of my favorite songs to jog to is Pink- Blow Me One Last Kiss. It just has enough of that woman anger, with energetic vibe. Makes you just pick up that pace and prove you can do it!
So I haven’t done 2 miles straight again, but I have been riding my bike alot more lately. In fact after doing this 1 miler (picture below), I hurried off and jumped on my bike with our dog for a super fast miler. But after 3 days straight, I wanted to tear off my calves and soak them in IcyHot. They were on FIRE. I couldn’t even walk through Ikea with my grandma with out wanting to seriously cry. On the bright side; I am down 3 more pounds! I am super happy to be in the 160s! Plus I am almost off my meds for my high triglycerides! Life is getting good.
