With my other 2 children a bounce was one of the highest items on my must have list when they were infants.  They spent hours in the bouncer happily cooing away.  Of course when you have an older child who tends to want to try things out beloved items such as bouncers get broken.  I have searched high and low for the perfect bouncer for my upcoming third child and am thrilled to report I have found it with Mamas & Papas.

My take:  I don’t know who was more excited to put this bouncer together my four year old or I.  He happily handed me the screws needed for the parts and in no time at all the bouncer was assembled.  The only problem I had with assembly was that I didn’t pay attention to the different sizes of screws and had to replace a longer screw with a shorter one.

I like how high off the ground the Astro Bouncer sits because I remember having to crouch way down low to place my other children into the bouncer which sat low to the ground.  I also love how interactive this bouncer is with an infant, you can add the kick pad and the baby can activate the sensors.  There is a very neat light show which I have never seen available on a bouncer and the MAGIC card has over 45 sounds and lights which leads to hours of entertainment.  Don’t like the music you are hearing?  You can plug your MP3 player right into the bouncer (there is even a hidden pouch for storage).  The sound quality is phenomenal not muted like most I have tried.  Unlike my former bouncer there are 3 different speed settings for vibration or bouncing which will help soothe the baby.  The colors are fantastic and can be easily used for both genders.  I can’t wait until my third and final child arrives in July!!
