Step2 Build & Store Block & Activity Table
Now that my boys are getting older their creativity is flowing and unfortunately I am running out of room for all their crafting supplies. Along with creativity, their fine motor coordination is growing better each day and they adore working with their building projects from their blocks.
I recently had the opportunity to work with Step2 and review the Build & Store Block & Activity Table
Works with Lego® and MEGA Blocks®!
This multipurpose table is the perfect play space for building, drawing, or any creative adventure! With lots of storage and removable block plates, it’s also a perfect activity table! Made in USA.
- Features four cups and two removable trays to organize small pieces
- Molded-in storage areas help keep projects organized
- Holds two removable 10.5″ x 15″ (26.7 x 38 cm) building block base plates
- Four bins included for extra storage
- Includes 11″ (28 cm) stool
- Creative accessories and building blocks not included

- Retails for $109.99 but is currently on sale for $89.99
My take: Set-up was incredibly easy (10 minutes) and here are a couple of pictures. All items out of box:
Side storage:
Table top without block sheets:
Things I like: I can’t get over how simple this table was to set-up. Grab a screwdriver and you are ready to go. I also like the big colorful cups for pens/crayons- they are oversized and perfect for your little artist. The table is at a great height to draw or build your greatest block creations. The velcro storage for the block trays are a huge plus when your kids are done playing with blocks. The trays are out of the way and stay in place. The table is also large enough to easily fit two children working/drawing at onc time.
Things I would change: I wish there were 2 stools included, the clear buckets need to be longer and the block trays need to have a better way to be secured when on the table top.
All in all I would say this is a great addition to a child’s playroom if they like to draw or build blocks, especially at the great sale price it is currently listed at.
