For Week 5, I am talking about a few things on favorites & improvements.
What is your favorite exercise on the total gym?
- My favorite exercise is anything to do with my legs. Not sure why, but strengthening my legs is easy to me and enjoyable. I could sit all day on the Total Gym just doing leg moves.
What is your area of the most improvement?
- Ugh! My arms! I am so weak! Any of the arm movements just remind me how weak i am lol. It makes me feel so horrible though. I just think how I can carry a baby, lift a 20 pound bag of dog food, or push a lawn mower, yet doing a butterfly is tremendously painful because I have the muscles of a 4 yr old.
Explain where the total gym has helped you improve.
- So far the Total Gym has helped me improve my legs even more. I love looking down and feeling those calve muscles. When I was younger I use to think they were ugly and bulky but now I just see it as a benefit :- )
