Welcome to the new Mega Byte section of Mommy PR!
I’ve been working with Mommy PR since we opened our virtual doors almost a year ago! I’ve had a blast working with many companies, particularly the food companies. The main reason is because I’m a food junkie – I love all food, baking & cooking, and most of all I love sharing what I make!
In a little over a month I will be starting culinary school in an effort to pursue my dream of opening my own bakery one day. I’m majoring in culinary arts (obviously!) but I’m also going for a concentration in baking and pastries, which is my true love. Upon graduation I’ll be both a gourmet chef and a pastry chef, prepared to tackle any challenge that’s thrown at me.
Every person I’ve told about my career change has either asked me to share my “homework” with them or to teach them what I will learn in class. That’s the main reason for this new “Mega Byte” section on Mommy PR. You may not be able to smell and taste all of my creations, but I can hopefully teach you some new skills and provide you some tried & tested recipes from a culinary student.
In the next few weeks before school starts, I’ll likely be providing some fun recipes from my own kitchen to share on Mommy PR’s Mega Byte. I have a few ideas up my sleeve for Father’s Day and Independence Day, and I’m excited to share them with you! If you ever have any questions, don’t hesitate for one second to ask me! I may not know the answer yet but I’ll either be able to find it for you, or I’ll learn it soon!

This is the “cutest” name for your section. Congrats on starting school and the change of profession. I bet it will be soooooooooo exciting!! Now does that mean we will have bakery giveaways here from Mrs. MegaByte?? I HOPE SO!!!
