One on One (Tony Horton)Medicine Ball Core Cardio Review

Volume 1, Disc 10:  Medicine Ball Core Cardio
Length:  About 40 Minutes

Get ready to take your medicine with Tony Horton with this hard-core cardio workout. You’ll have a ball!*

Medicine Ball Core Cardio:  This is another new favorite for me!  I love this workout.  It is really quite different from the other workouts I have done so it may be the variety that made it seem so fun and fast moving.

There are only about 8 exercises done twice, but lots of reps and you are moving pretty fast.  It’s a tough workout and you will really sweat, but Tony surprised me in this one with the new moves and I thought it was a great cardio workout!  I used a two pound medicine ball for all the moves and Tony uses a four pound ball.  You can also use a small hand weight, if you don’t have a weighted ball available – either one works just fine.

Overall this a fantastic workout!  Though it is quite a bit different from the other cardios, it moves fast and is just a whole lot of fun!  A big favorite for me!
