Recovery 4 Results: I love this workout! It is a GREAT recovery week workout. It is also wonderful when you are so sore you just can’t do another intense workout (like say… after the Bun Shaper workout)!
When I first did this workout I was super sore from the Bun Shaper workout done the day before, which is the exact reason Tony does this workout. It is an excellent workout for days when you have recently pushed your body just a little too hard.
Recovery 4 Results includes a little extra stretch, a little yoga, a little plyo and the ever present lunges, but I sure felt better after the workout! It’s a nice easy pace with plenty of rest breaks to help your body repair itself without actually having to miss a workout! This has been a great addition to my Tony Horton library and one that I will get plenty of use out of!
