One on One (Tony Horton) Killer Abs Review

Volume 1, Disc 3:  Killer Abs
Length:  Just under 30 Minutes

I can’t believe that there has come a time when I was actually relieved to be doing crunches.  That was fairly short lived however once it sunk in that we were going to be doing Ab Ripper and Ab Ripper X back to back in Killer Abs.

If for some reason you feel you need more ab exercises than what you can get with Ab Ripper X then this is the workout for you.  I was completely relieved when Tony only did 20 reps of the Ab Ripper X workout and he left out the straight leg sit ups – not that I’m complaining – just commenting!

This workout gives you almost 30 minutes of straight ab work.  If this doesn’t give you “Killer Abs” I don’t know what will!

Remember to head over to my overall review and giveaway post to enter into the giveaway to win the entire Volume 1 Series of One on One with Tony Horton.

Also, don’t forget that for the month of March has an amazing penny promotion going on for the month where you can try out One on One for just $0.01.  You’ll continue to receive a new workout every month for just $19.95 a month (+$2.95 s&h).  With their guarantee you may return any disc within 30 days for a full refund (less s&h).   You can also purchase the complete One on One Volume 1 – 12 disc plus one bonus disc for $239.40 plus S&H by clicking here.
