Tempur-pedic Teddy Review & Giveaway

Tempur-Pedic has teamed up with the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network to raise awareness for pancreatic cancer by selling the adorable teddy bear seen above. I did some research about pancreatic cancer and found some astonishing facts I have to share with you:

• Approximately 25,000-30,000 Americans are diagnosed with pancreatic cancer every year
• Pancreactic cancer affects any age group (but more prevalent between ages 60-80), both men and women, regardless of previous health conditions
• Symptoms include depression, loss of appetite, sharp pains in the stomach – sometimes these common symptoms are miskaten for another disease and the cancer isn’t discovered until it’s progressed further
• Smoking, obesity, diabetes and certian occupational hazards increase the chances of developing pancreatic cancer

Now, about the teddy bear – if he looks really cuddly and soft in the picture, let me assure you that he is! He’s made out of the tempur-pedic material on the inside so he’s super squeezable. And to make it better, his fur is the softest of soft materials! This teddy bear gives the best hugs ever! He is clearly labeled to represent his two favorite organizations: Tempur-pedic and the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network, and comes with an awareness bracelet (that’s the purple tag you see hanging on is ear). I love this teddy bear already, but to know that the proceeds from his purchase benefit a great cause make him even more handsome. He would make a great gift this holiday season for just about anyone on your list!
