What Are YOU Thankful For?

Mommy PR is thankful for the freedom to be able to work in a field where being a woman is a strong empowerment. We are thankful for freedom of speech and the ability to help others.
We would like to recognize the families of soldiers who can not be with their families this holiday. We love you, we appreciate what you do for us, and we hope you are able to connect to your loved ones with a call or letter.
It is because of you that we are Free, and we are forever grateful.
Happy Holidays,
Mommy PR

I am thankful for my husband who is stronger than anyone i know. 2 Deployments later, he is still my hero in every form of the word. He is everything i know and love in life and i am thankful to be his Mrs.Roy. I am also thankful for my daughters, who are happy and healthy. I am thankful that through the moving and long time away from their dad, they are sometimes stronger than me. I am happy to live in a nation that is free, and i am proud to be working with a group of such powerful and awesome women here at Mommy PR. I am thankful for our readers who are the best people i have come to know. I feel all 64664833390 (or whatever number lol) are all my friends, and love getting to know each one through comments, Facebook, & twitter.
Happy Holidays Everyone!

2009 has been a hard year for our family, and yet I am still full of thankfulness this holiday season. I am thankful for a country where I am free to openly follow my Christian beliefs however unpopular they may be right now. I am thankful to our military for their sacrifices both they and their families make every day to ensure our safety and freedom. I am thankful for the military housing backlog that has allowed my brother to be home with my Mom for the holiday’s
! I am thankful that we survived several months of my husbands unemployment and also that he is now working AND that it is outside of the car industry. I am thankful for my family and friends who touch my life and heart daily with their love, courage, enthusiasm and encouragement. I am so very thankful to be part of the MommyPR team and involved with such amazing ladies – I so wish I could be giving them big, giant holiday hugs in person and am hopeful that someday we will make that happen! I am also so thankful for the amazing people I have “met” over the past year whether it be the hardworking people that pour their hearts into creating and producing products that they believe in so much or the amazing friends I have made that somehow come to mean so much to me even though I have never actually met them in real life! Last (not not least) I am so thankful for my hubby, who is trying so hard to be successful with his new Snap On business and for my girls that mean the absolute world to me! I am especially grateful for the faith that was placed in me by our government and by China and allowed the privilege of being Mommy to my youngest daughter. She has made great strides this past year and amazes me daily with her strength, courage and zest for life (you can read about our adoption journey at www.ryleeforlife.blogspot.com).
Happy Holidays to all of you and we would love for you to share what you are thankful for!

This year I am especially thankful for my family. I know that sometimes I take them for granted. I am thankful that my family is healthy. I know we occasionally have a bad cold or the flu, but nothing that is really serious. I guess I have always thought that my family would always be here and that if I needed to spend time with them I could do it later, when in reality I should be right there spending time with them now because you don’t know what’s going to happen later. My family means the most to me and I know that I need to be thankful for them first. I am also thankful to my friends and extended family. That includes the Mommy PR girls and my friends at home. Sometimes, you just need someone to be there to listen. Whether you laugh or cry it is nice to have someone. I have already been thanking my family everyday but I need to say thank you to all my friends and extended family. Thanks for being there for me. I am also thankful for my job here at Mommy PR. For giving me the chance to work with them. These girls are the best. Mommy PR fills the empty part of my life that I get from not working. You know that part where you ask yourself what is me time. Well Mommy PR is my me time. I love being home with my children and with this job I can be. I think I enjoy it so much because the girls here are so nice and will do anything to help you. Thank you all so much….
I hope you have a great Holiday Season this year..

I’m thankful for my family who supports me no matter what. I’m thankful to come home to a beautiful home with a full pantry, heat circulating throughout, and running water. And I’m so thankful for everyone I’ve met though Mommy PR – I’ve learned a lot, experienced a lot, met some wonderful and special people, and I’ve loved it all. Thanks to our readers for making it all possible! Happy Thanksgiving!

I am very thankful for my family & friends, sunshine and giggles!! I am thankful to be a stay at home Army wife and mommy to my four wonderful boys. I am thankful for a country that respects the freedoms we share every day and all the men and women who keep it that way. I am Especially thankful for my husband who is currently serving as an active duty service member to protect my freedom. I realize giving one’s life is the ultimate sacrifice. This Thanksgiving, thank them for surrendering all they ever were or could ever hope to be to ensure our freedom. I’m thankful for all the little things. I realize how truly fragile life is. I have a place to live, cars that run, heat, and electricity—little things we take for granted everyday.
Happy Thanksgiving to all of our readers, I hope your Thanksgiving is truly special this year and for years to come.

I am so very thankful to have my sweet family together for Thanksgiving! College girl home, high school senior girl taking a break from college applications and sweet middle schooler getting to be “unplugged”.
We run so fast all the time and in so many directions that just being together with no agenda other than
laughing, eating, visiting and just being together is pure joy!
