My take: My 20 month old is a HUGE Elmo lover so I knew this would be perfect for him. Problem is my 3 1/2 year old loves to build things so I have to make this a “shared” toy and set a time limit so each can have his turn! The Elmo character is adorable and I love the additional building ideas so Elmo can be more than just a policeman riding in his car. Of course the physical therapist in me loves the hand-eye coordination skills my oldest practices when putting together this toy!
