Yes, I am telling you that FRS Healthy Energy is my new best friend! I was struggling with my intense P90X workouts and could not make it through a whole entire workout without crashing. Until I received this wonderful package from FRS to try out. The first day I tried FRS Healthy Energy Products I was completely amazed that I made it all the way through my workout for the first time without becoming just a huffing, puffing lump on the floor. I was also amazed at how much energy I had throughout the day.
FRS also provides me with just the right pick up that I need right about mid-afternoon. This is the time that I struggle to focus the most while working and have to really push myself to remain productive. The first day I tried these products it was time to get the kids off the bus before I even knew it! I had worked right through my normal low around 2:00 and never even felt it! FRS gave me the energy I needed without the jittery feeling you can get from most energy drinks and without the subsequent crash! I seriously wish I had found these products a long time ago. Even when I was not working out – maybe even more so then – I could really have used the energy boost that I am getting from these products and I love that it feels completely like natural energy. So you are probably wondering what FRS Healthy Energy is…
FRS Healthy Energy products include Ready to Drink Cans, Drink Concentrate, Powdered Drink Mix and Soft Chews. The main ingredient in these drink products is quercetin, which is an antioxidant naturally found in some fruits and vegetables. FRS has patented their formula which contains the highest purity quercetin and a mixture of vitamins and metabolic enhancers to help increase quercetin absorption.
Quercetin occurs naturally in foods such as red apples, grapes and berries. I’m sure I even read somewhere that the level of quercetin in one of the drinks is equivalent to what you would get from 6 servings of red onions – but thankfully without the heartburn! It also occurs in large amounts in capers, some types of tea and organically grown tomatoes. Some of the healthy benefits credited to quercetin include delivering sustained energy and supporting improved fitness levels. Quercetin is a powerful antioxidant with natural anti-histamine and anti-inflammatory properties. One of the things that first grabbed my attention about FRS Healthy Energy is that it is endorsed and used regularly by Lance Armstrong, seven time winner of the Tour de France. I am a long time admirer of Lance Armstrong and find him to be incredibly inspiring. In 2006 he approached the FRS Company to become a part of FRS’ healthy energy revolution. In January of 2007 Lance Armstrong joined the FRS Board of Directors. FRS Healthy Energy also supports the Lance Armstrong Foundation by donating ten cents from every case of FRS cans sold, to LAF.
