90 Day Health and Fitness 10-Minute Trainer Midpoint Update

It has been a really rough month for my family and I.  Last time I updated you on the 10-Minute Trainer my children and I were sick with really nasty colds.  Since then my 3 yr old broke his elbow, the boys got pink eye, I got pneumonia and then the dreaded swine flu visited our house.  We are slowly recovering from all the above and I can tell you 2 things have been really helpful for my sanity:  the yoga portion of the 10 Minute Trainer and hydration from Ayala’s Herbal Water.

 

 

The Yoga Routine has become a life-saver for me.  It helps me breathe, relax and focus on me for 10 wonderful minutes.  I feel more centered and ready to battle the sicknesses that have invaded my home.  Even at my lowest I performed the yoga exercise at least 4 times a week.  I am slowly getting back to the cardio and the Total  Body Workouts but am not pushing myself at this point.  Hopefully by the next time you read an update I will be up in fighting form!
