One Step Ahead: Fast Heating Travel Warmer Review

Although my boys are finally out of the bottle stage, I vividly remember the days.  One of the most frustrating parts for me was traveling and trying to get the milk warm enough to drink.  One Step Ahead has come up with an product called the Fast Heating Travel Warmer.  First a little about One Step Ahead:

What is the Fast Heating Travel Warmer?  This isn’t just the quickest-heating portable bottle warmer, it’s also the easiest to use! No boiling needed, and it even prevents overheating. Can’t activate accidentally like push-button warmers, either! Accepts all sized bottles, except disposables. Just plug in your vehicle’s adapter outlet.

My take:  Like I said before, it has been over 7 months since we have tried a bottle, but I wanted to see myself if this travel warmer actually did what is said.  I filled a 4 oz bottle of milk and when we were on the way to the store I tested this product out.  I quickly found out that I needed to read the directions before trying it.  There are 2 buttons depending on what size bottle you have (5 or 8 oz).  The key is that you need to press what size bottle you will use before you press the on button.  If you don’t it takes alot longer for the milk to warm up as I found out on my 1st trial.  Once I went back and carefully re-read the directions the milk warmed up within 5 minutes.  My favorite thing about this travel warmer is that it has a safety feature to help prevent overheating.  This product will be really useful if we decide to have another child or it is going to make a great shower gift.
